About the Founder
Hi, I’m Coach DMac — Devante McCullen — founder of D.A.D.
The vision for this program started with me as a determined and dedicated father. I wanted to create a space where children, starting as young as age 4, can grow into their best selves through training, coaching, and mentorship.
I know firsthand that it takes a village. As the oldest of 11 siblings, I helped raise my brothers and sisters, learning the importance of structure, guidance, and consistency. These lessons shaped who I am today, and I bring that same approach to every child I work with.
At D.A.D., our goal is to combine fun, discipline, and skill-building so your child not only improves athletically but also develops confidence, teamwork, and strong character.
